CAD2.0 does not need to be a mirror of the first one. Some things can be the same, others different. The love arc with Lilah can be tumultuous, and then result in something that isn’t a relationship between the two. Growth, even if the love doesn’t result in anything.
You can love animals and not own them. I, for example, love dogs, but I would never, ever, ever own one. I’d also love to own a ferret, but they’re incredibly expensive to treat for medical issues if you can even find a vet for them.
Fairly hectic indeed. If you aren’t sure an army of robots (or something else) can come crashing through your front door, maybe you don’t want to expose your pets to that.

I maybe wouldn’t trust Ethan with caring for any living thing. He’s the kind of person from whom you hear stories about decapitating a parrot while closing a cupboard door (based on real events; the parrot was playfully hanging down on the top edge of the door, the girl slammed the door without noticing. I don’t remember how old she was, maybe 7-10).

Nah, same hex code compared to older panels. It’s mostly just that in some panels there’s facial lighting, but comparing it to places like the neck and arms, it’s still the same.

I’d play around with the skin tone of wheelchair dude whose name escapes me at the moment. That color looks like an aliens idea of a “non-descript” human ethnic skin tone.
Scott has had that skintone since 2020, i dont really see the point? He’s got just a standard tan, like millions of people on the planet.
