I believe the implication is that She might be a full on psycho and/or villian so they should be prepared for her revenge, but you decided to invaded a chat about fictional cartoon superheros with a copypasta ACAB line. Cops absolutely suck and it is a problem, but you’re not doing anyone a favor going off on random people in a webcomic chat.

I’ve been going through all the old Spider-Man movies in prep for the new movie, and that just gave me an idea. Lots of Nicole going to be or have already been a villain floating around seemed too … “easy.” What if this is her villain origin story, but instead of vengeful ex, it’s more of she does something insane, recognizes Analog, and her takeaway is the Peter Parker flavor of “he tried to push me away to protect me from being a super hero! I know some folks think this is her villain origin story, but I don’t. She’s just repeating classic toxic lines and did nothing to really stand out from the other manipulators in bad relationships (Outside of it being our boy Ethan doing the suffering this time). I don’t think we’ve seen the last of her whatsoever, being her kind has to make sure to twist that knife whenever possible, but a super-villain? No. Just a regular-ass day-to-day one.
Nicole may be a villain, but she’s not a SUPER-villain! The difference is PRESENTATION!

I know being a 2-6 panel comic makes it difficult to properly display Nicole’s rant here, but I’m pretty sure you could have gotten away with a full 4 panels of timelapse yelling, sobbing, screaming, etc with the sun going down in the background, with all text bubbles being indiscernible jumbled mess of overlapping words to just look like static, and even THAT probably wouldn’t do it justice.

I theorized that she will become a villain called “Gaslighter”, and also recognized the Harley Quinn/Joker possibilities with The Troll.
