I got this game on sale some time ago, and I agree: mean bastards will jump out at you like you did something to their cubs. That’s why I brought a sabretooth tiger or cave bear with me everywhere, they naturally ward off other predators. Except mammoths and rhinos, those huge things couldn’t care less about the murder tigers and bears, they just want to ruin your day.
I remember this game well. I decided to play it on hardcore. And in one of the missions right before the end, i fell down a hole and apparently broke my neck.
Uninstalled it and never looked back.
