For a while, I thought it was unrealistic that Barry hadn’t fired Ethan for any of his shenanigans. I get that Barry’s a cool, laid-back guy, but there’s still a line, and Ethan crosses it often. But I just realized that if I were in Barry’s position, I would be AFRAID to fire Ethan.
