So, I was on vacation in Ireland for the last couple of weeks. Britanny and I flew into Dublin, where we spent the first few days. We then rented a car and struck out to see the rest of the country. It was absolutely amazing, and I wish we could have spent more time there. I’m looking forward to going back.
We also made a quick trip down to London towards the end, because my wife has family there. We checked out the Crown Jewels, and Shakespeare’s Globe theater, where we got to watch a small portion of rehearsals for their upcoming production of The Twelfth Night, with Stephen Fry. We also went to see the Harry Potter sets at the WB Sound Stages, and the level of detail and craftmanship that went into all of the props and sets was mindblowing.
Needless to say, I’ve been a bit disconnected the last couple of weeks, which means I missed the launch of Borderlands and Torchlight 2. I’ll be catching up on those this week, as I adjust back to life at home.
