It’s fantastic in so many ways. However, as a fan of the game I have to be fair about it’s criticisms, at least so far. Gameplay wise, some of the boss fights feel a little repetitive. They are cool and interesting but also tend to be rather formulaic. This is probably a boon considering the visual design. Some of the invisible walls and janky geometry can get frustrating at times but I know that’s because I tend to push the edges a lot. It’s how I get collectibles I shouldn’t. so, hows psychonauts 2? holding well in comparison to first one1 and hows it holding againts some other games of similar genre?
I enjoyed the hell out of it. Its short though, but its very very sweet.
The first one was shot as well. I am enjoying it a lot so far, but I’ve barely played a little bit because I got engaged with other games.

I thought the same, Ethan looks more robust and his face looks more rounded, specially in the third panel, but it is quite subtle.
