Having spent some amount of time in hospitals, as long as you walk around like you know what you’re doing, people are too busy to actually ask you if you’re supposed to be there.
I’ve seen a few that didnt have visiting hours but had something of the reverse. There’d be a window of time, normaly meal times and after shift changes where they strongly discourage visiting because thats when the doctors/nurses would be doing the rounds and want to keep random people out from underfoot. They may not kick someone out of the room thats already there but wont let new folks into the wing until after the busy work is done. asside from that ya it was prety much keep quiet and dont bother patients that dont want you around.

I dont think she’s captain prime. Prime’s skin and hair is darker than Lilah’s by several shades. Lilah has white skin while prime either has one heck of a tan or more likely had one white and one black skinned parent. Always possible I guess that there’s some kind of disguise tech in the suit to change the skin/hair color but I’m leaning to prime being a different person
