But now Ethan is a valid target again, instead of the Troll having to start from scratch on someone else. He might have been cooling his heels in prison due to not having a target instead of not actually being able to escape somehow
I mean how does this confirm (from this comic atm) that from the Troll’s perspective Ethan is alive? Any super could have brought him in here. Until the comic shows they conversed or a line says it happens off screen far as the Troll knows Ethan is still ‘dead’
Getting rid of the Troll would probably be a public service in many people’s eyes, plus I suspect it might actually be cathartic for Elijah to off the Troll, especially if/when Troll pushes his buttons.

I was more thinking in supplying Elijah with ideas how he can become a godlike speedster to achieve his goal, and press some buttons to make him more extreme than he already was. Then just let him loose on the world to watch the mayhem.
that doesn’t look like the kind of facility Elijah would be let out of on bail, and I doubt the prosecutor is going to drop charges OR that a judge would find him not guilty even if a jury does, meaning he isn’t getting out unless someone breaks him out, the Troll knows this & I doubt he would waste his time prepping Elijah for getting out & continuing his spree, when it’s much easier to push Elijah’s buttons in the prison & watch the fireworks.
I mean we’ve seenni. The real world how easy it is for people with strong, albeit misplaced, convictions about right and wrong get turned into monsters by trolls

Whelp, that’s about to backfire.
On the plus side, though, it likely means Analog and D-Pad will be needed more than before. Analog’s already getting back in the swing of things and even helped bag a criminal, so we’ll likely keep inching closer to finally confirming the probable conclusion that he still has his respawn power.
Not quite sure what the Troll’s angle would be with Elijah. Unless it’s just someone to send after A+D, but it’s unclear why Elijah would bother listening to him. Well, other than being restrained and being unable to not listen to him.
Does he know them? Ethan told him about his sister, but that’s too general to figure out his identity. Fair amount of people probably has dead siblings.
Hmm… even with all that stuff on, I’m guessing he could still inchworm at an astounding speed. Maybe even fast enough to outrun someone… I wonder if that’s why they’re wheeling him along instead of letting him walk/shuffle. Might be embarassing to have someone who can shuffle outrun the guards…

While I’m truly horrified, this interaction is very interesting: Elijah is an activist with good intentions, while the Troll is a maniac that killed before. Will the Troll drag Elijah with him into bitterness and evil? Will Elijah reluctantly align with him, while been disgusted by his nonetheless? Or maybe The Troll will help Elijah understand that he gone bit far?

In response to the attack in Colorado this weekend the only clear path is to require a full background checks, bans and licensing for anyone who wants alcoholic beverages or glass bottles. If only politicians would agree to these limits then everything will all be better.
Makes as much sense as for anything else.

To be fair, I’m pretty sure the result would be the same regardless of what super caught him.
Not necessarily. Because now Elijah specifically has reason to have a grudge on Analog/D-Pad. The troll can use the “enemy of thy enemy” angle on him.
If another super caught Elijah, he would likely land in the same prison but wouldn’t necessarily have strong feelings on Analog/D-Pad.
