Took me a second to realize Ethan wasn’t throwing away a giant box of the RDR2 CE in it, and was in fact a bale of hay for the real horse he thought he was getting.

I see that Eldar windrider in Lucas’ hands, built/painted plenty enough of those for commissions. Tell me you’re at least using plastic weld, superglue be the devil’s stuff. Unbelievably hyped for RDR2, but I don’t know how my time on horseback is gonna compete with Fallout 76. As far as pre-orders go, the special item skins/stuff in games just isn’t enough for me anymore. Used to be pre-ordering was the only way you were gonna get a game on release day, but now with digital downloads places like Gamestop are just relieved to have you come in for a physical… Read more »

Is this going to lead to something about salt mines and particle accelrators

I’m still wondering where he got the bales of hay.

Amazon.
Seriously, I found 50lb. bales of timothy hay. Granted that’s probably intended for guinea pigs, but…

Any feed store? Some plant nurseries carry hay and straw, too.

Is that an Eldar jetbike Lucas is working on?

I like the spaceship miniature that Lucas is assembling, is that your original design or is it based on an existing mini?

This comic feels like a return to classic, silly form and, while not needed in great quantity, is much appreciated.

Now I wanna see Lucas and Ethan play WH40k on tabletop. It will be glorious dice rolling, rules checking and lots of cursing. xD

Cue one of them (probably Ethan) coming with a Warhammer Fantasy army instead 😀

I can remember at least two very old comic strips of them dealing with a tabletop game.

I’m less concerned with where he got the hay than I am with where he thought they would keep the horse once it arrived….and who would take care of it…..and what they would feed it….

Did you really expect Ethan to think that through?

This kinda was his idea of thinking it through. That hay was probably his idea of how to feed the horse and he probably thought he could keep the horse in his bedroom or something. Also you just need to run a brush over the horses flank once or twice for a floating “well groomed” text to pop up so they arnt that hard to care for right? 😛 His only problem is Ethan headspace reality does not align with actual reality all too well.

Well the food is in the garbage can, and that alleyway is well covered with a pleasant breeze. Just install some fences, stick a trough and call it a day.

SCREW YOU ROCKSTAR. We’d have named him Rumble and he’d go with us every night and have a mask and cape and everything. He’d be Rumble the Super Horse. And what would his super power be? BEING A HORSE.

For the best, that horse would have died of neglect.

Largely because they don’t eat straw. Those are straw bales he has there.

Good lord, I needed that. A strip that goes back at what what the comic does best.

What a waste.

Could have used for display purposes and written off as a business expense (and claimed that was why he bought it in the first place)

You no longer get a horse. It was too expensive, so now you can get… a byproduct.
