We will select 12 candidates and have them do an ingame deathmatch. The 3 who die last, as well as the person who isn’t one of them with the highest kill count, will go into a final examination. THEN they go into the corporation.
As a trial member of course. For three months. With an evaluation of performace at the end of the trial period.

It’s all about the trust. In most MMOs: “Oh no, you stole from our Guild Locker. Now we have to kick you and the GMs have to put our stuff back.” In EVE Online: “You stole every asset we have and the GMs don’t care. You also gave up all our space and disbanded our corp. We are now literally nothing because we trusted you.”
