I had an Atari 2600 (or at least the Sears-licensed clone) and not an Intellivision, but Pitfall *was* awesome. I don’t think I ever made it to the end, though.

I know I shouldn’t feel sorry for Activision (and I don’t), but I feel bad for sad vampire. Leftovers are never as good as a fresh meal. Plus, sad vampire is strangely cute. Think it’s your Silly art style.

My leftover lasagna are usually even better than the original lasagna :P.

Pasta dishes tend to do that, I’ve noticed. I’ve yet to try one that doesn’t get better overnight.

Many spiced up foods need to sit for ~12 to 24 hours for the spices in them to come out and blend into the food properly. Everything from curries to stews will be better the next day than the day you make it.

Bland foods like roast and potatoes won’t experience this effect (or pretty much anything else British), so they won’t be as good reheated. Ditto with texture based foods such as deep fried food.

Second day chili has been so much better than it was the first day, my wife and I now make it the day before instead of eating it the day of.

I was going to mention chili as well. I have one recipe that basically says make it then let it simmer on the back burner on very low for a day stirring occasionally. Another one is vegetable soup.

Leftover pizza is phenomenal for breakfast.

Leftover pizza is great if you heat it up in the oven or a small toaster oven even. I prefer it over microwaved.

Crazy isn’t it? Activision is one of the oldest devs in the biz, they got their start back during the freaking Atari era right before the big collapse after E.T. You think a company with that much experience would know something about PR and image, but I guess profits trump everything these days.

Thing is companies are not people. They don’t retain wisdom. When a new group comes in they don’t hold onto the information and experience of the previous crew(s). So they tend to be the same company in name only after a while.

Bungie should have been portraied as a vampire sucking on its fans!
I was never mad against a game. I would just stop playing it, but Destiny 2 made me furios because of its soo bad costumer experiance and how the company handle it all. The game itself could have been a good shooter, but the whole experiance and dlc handling was outragious.

I heard the news today that in the new Destiny 2 expansion, Bungie is making people pay an extra separate price to have access to the dungeons. (Unless you by the Deluxe Edition, obviously). My thoughts immediately went back to this comic. Unfortunately, we might have to accept that Bungie can do bad all by themselves.
