It always takes me a moment when we switch gears from Ethan and Lucas to the Players to Starcaster, but I always get there, and this page got me there. Bring it on.

Yeah that’s a smart move. Visiting fam can come after you’re certain the portable star isn’t being used to destroy stuff.

And probably is not the best idea to bring the starcaster close to the last remains of a dying race, making it an objetive to the bad guys (again…and don’t forget about the possibility of “give us the starcaster or we will destroy what is left of them”)
Of course that’s their eventual goal, but currently they’re not a priority target for the Dranglaex. They’re just another planet of unworthy thrash to eradicate when possible, probably once the war is over. They don’t have any particular reason to care about a handful of Odrossians over winning the war first. (Assuming they even know about them.) Bringing the Starcaster there would change that considerably. Suddently they’d a clear reason to focus their attention there as part of the war effort, either to get the Starcaster or as leverage. (Or even out of spite for keeping the Starcaster from them).… Read more »

The question is though, will that mission ever have an end? After all, you cannot destroy the damn thing right? And even if you go somewhere to hide, live a whole life and die, someone else will come and find it sooner or later.

With this particular aggressor their goal is already to destroy all of them. At least with the Starcaster you might have a defense.
