Let’s see if Primal Carnage looks awesome…
Dinosaurs? Check.
Dinosaurs? Check.
DINOSAURS?! Check.
I hadn’t even heard of this game until a couple of days ago, but I’ve got the website bookmarked and I’ll be waiting for this to come out. It looks to me like it’s got a Left 4 Dead co-op vibe, but with dinosaurs. That’s just fine with me.
Though I do have to question, when presented with the opportunity play as a Tyrannosaurus Rex, why would anybody choose to play as a puny human with a flamethrower? It makes no sense to me. Clearly the servers will need to enforce team balancing, because it basically boils down to Team Dinosaur versus Team Schmucks That Don’t Get To Be Dinosaurs.
Anyway, like I said, I’ll be keeping an eye on this one. You should too.
Now that I’ve finally got the Source Filmmaker, I’ve been spending some time doing silly things while I learn the tools. It’s a complex bit of software with instruction/tutorials that border on the most basic and scratch only the surface, but I’m starting to get the hang of some of it. I look forward to really sitting down and trying to create something for really real.
The Book Preorder Sale is still on, though not everything is still available. The bonus for the first 500 orders, the signed/numbered print, is all gone. We do still have the mini-Zeke plush figure available, which we’ll continue to include for free with every preorder until we run out.
Additionally the Volume 4 Hardcover has sold out, which means the hardcover bundle is also no longer available.
If you’re interested in Vol 2 or Vol 4, I encourage you to place your preorder soon. Not only does it secure you a copy of the book, but it also really helps out with ordering these books and figuring out how many we need to print.
Oh yeah, and we’re on Facebook now. Or rather, we’ve been on Facebook for years, but I didn’t know about it. Now I do, so like that badboy!
