Latest comics load comments quickly, but most early ones take several minutes if at all to load.

Left house had both doors standing wide open. Be cautious when entering, for sure, but most likely someone came in one and left through the other. Any loot would have been picked through, but individual players’ tastes being what they are, there might be something you like better or need more than what you have.
Right house, on the other hand, would have been visited at the same time. All doors closed? Highly suspicious. Unless you’re ready for a fight, walk away.
