Tim, is this the first set of books you have put out? I seem to remember another set from a couple of years ago, before this. Can you link to that anywhere? Want to see if that’s something I want to buy, in case it has content NOT included in the set above.
The previous set of books was the entire first ten years of Ctrl+Alt+Del. That boxed set has been long sold out. You might find it on ebay or something, but I only offer it digitally now.
These are the first volumes of CAD 2.0 (everything after 1.0 ended in 2012).

Tim, are there any chances that the books from CAD 2.0 – Volume 2 HC are going to be re-released? They are currently sold out.
They aren’t sold out, they just may not be listed as shipping to whatever country you’re in.
