I know some comments are going to be ‘woah Ethan is giving good advice?’ (which, honestly, shouldn’t be a surprise, Ethan has a good head on his shoulders, just very easily distracted), but what I appreciate more is Lucas actually getting much more character development. That’s something he really lacked in 1.0, the most he got was maybe the Kate storyline and then that ended for a really silly reason.
Looking forward to Lucas bouncing off Scott as well for this.
Man, he is really bad at this dating thing. When he thought he couldn’t stay with him, he was going crazy because he was completely in love with him. Now that he found out everything is okay, he is thinking about how to break it off.
That’s a lot of people in real life, to be quite frank. People have commitment issues and so they end up sabotaging their relationships — deliberately or not — so they later on can point to the disaster and use it as a justification for having those commitment issues in the first place.
It’s quite an immature, destructive cycle of self-harm, really.

That ending was so… Ethan. 🙂
Yep.
There’s the Ethan we all know and love.
