Dead Island 2 is good, dumb fun. I’m enjoying playing through with a co-up buddy. But even if it’s not your cup of tea, you really should check out the F.L.E.S.H. system they created for the game.

It’s interesting from a technical standpoint, and entirely effective for a zombie game. It takes typical slaughtering of the undead, and elevates it to an impressively gruesome level. I’ve seen more of people’s inside squishy bits than most med students.
