And then it exploded!

Alright. So I guess you and I should have a little chat.

You know these email virii that have been floating around? Yeah, you know the ones I’m talking about. It exploded onto the internet and for a little while we were all getting slammed with junk mail. Especially relatively unimportant, not-so-popular internet celebrities such as myself.

It began to die down for a while, as most of you patched your systems and rid yourselves of this problem. I noticed a serious drop in the amount of crap I got in my mailbox.

I came home this morning to sixteen hundred new messages of CRAP! Please, please please! Make sure your system is not infected! For the good of humanity, please!

And while I’m on the subject of things breaking, my friend Brian Carroll over at Instant Classic just suffered through a week of not having access to his site. He moved down to New York for college, and found out that he could no longer log in to his site to update. And his server admin was away on personal business.

I know that I personally freak out if my site is down for more than ten minutes, so I can only imagine how nerve-wracking it must have been for Brian. But he’s back up now, so head on over and check it out.

Also, he’s currently running guest strips while he gets settled into the college rythm, one of which will be one that I created for him. I’m not sure when it will display (I’ll mention it again when it does) so make sure you keep an eye on the site for it.

And speaking of guests strips, I will also have a guest comic up at Little Gamers on either Thursday or Friday, so keep watch for it.

I’ve gotten a lot of people thanking me for directing them to the Jedi Academy demo. Don’t thank me… thank those wonderful guys at Lucasarts. It’s almost enough to make me want to start skinning again.

Yeah, and if you game on the PC, go ahead and try to tell me that you aren’t waiting for this with baited breath.

It’s going to be one bang-up fall.
