We’re making another round of the actual boxed set available for purchase as well, if you’d rather have the massive set of books on your shelf. There are two options here, books shipping out of our US location, and books shipping out of our EU location.
If you are anywhere outside of the US or Canada, your best bet for the lowest shipping price is to choose the EU option. However, we only have 100 books left at that location, and once they’re gone, the only way to get a book will be to have it shipped from the US. So act fast if you think you want one, because shipping a 16lb book set internationally is not cheap.
If you are in the US or Canada, make sure you choose the US warehouse option for the best shipping price. Orders sent to Canada from the US will experience a slight delay (as the fulfillment company collects them all together and drives them up north to ship them, which is how we keep the price down).
I plan to close orders on April 30th, or if a batch sells out, whichever comes first. At which point all books will be processed for shipping. I will submit the list of orders to the fulfillment company on May 2nd, and I expect them to ship roughly a week later.
I cannot combine DVD and book orders, because the DVDs I am shipping personally, while the books ship via a fulfillment company, and so they are essentially separate orders.
