journey. my friend had it and we’d always fight over who got to play as there was no 2-player option. i didn’t know the title until 3 months after first playing it. ah, the memories. ah, the pain of a bruise on the cheek.

Journey WAS 2 player whenever you played with another being in the game, it was 3ither an A.I., or another player somewhere online, which was a really interesting feature.
Really awesome, underrated game. And fitting that I stumble on this on the anniversary of its release.
This game made my 60 year old (at the time) Dad cry because it was such an amazing experience.
