Those are three banks within 4 minutes walking from each other. Heck, two of them are across the street from each other. Few if any towns would have such a plan, too much competition. Where I live its uncommon to see two banks within 10 minutes DRIVING.

Its not uncommon in a lot of places. Where I live there are 3 banks all at the same intersection.
