The battle for Ethan’s attention! Will the Troll be better with his tongue in Ethan’s ear or his GF?
Ethan seems remarkably calm after the announcement. No freakouts, even though the Troll is now more dangerous than before.
It would be safe to assume that the two supervillains, whom he helped out of jail, are working with him now. So you have two speedsters, one that can move through matter, plus the troll, now having a cult members to his service. Whatever he plans, it will be extremely bad
I would argue he is. At first he was alone. Then he got a troll army. Now he’s got two super powered people on his side. Or at least it looks that way as they escaped together. The speedster and from the top of my head that hacker that could wallhack, speedhack and many more. He’s not more dangerous on his own, but his power is much higher with their addition. The hacker might even be able to build the glove that gave him his powers for others.
It is a callback to an earlier strip where his GF did something with his ear, near certainly something with her tongue. The Troll also has his tongue in Ethan’s ear, meaning Ethan is listening to him even if he doesn’t want to. Though it might not be an English expression now that I search for it.

tbh? i’m hoping the GF gets all protective in a bad way curb stomps the Troll then turns to lamb blast Analog degrading him saying he’s as bad if not worse then Ethan only for her to then do something stupid like trip or whatever and ethan/analog saves her or she does something to try to harm analog/ethan and we discover his powers are back or morphed or something.

Presumably Elijah filled him in, either before or after the breakout. It was heavily implied they might have formed an alliance (along with Black Hat or whatever glove kid’s name was).
Though even without that, I wouldn’t put it past Troll to have figured it out from Lucas’s attempt at deception.
