Yeah. I don’t feel like she’s the type that wouldn’t use that leverage to her own advantage.

It would be hilarious if the Trolls serum like like 3% effective, in that his clothes don’t respawn, and whatever damage they take that kills him sticks with the clothes so he’s just not blending in or fooling anyone
question: if clothes rematerialize with him then if he fell off the roof with someone, would they respawn only if he was holding them?
Immagine if the serum would change his ability in a way that he does not remove his corpse upon respawn.
Partway travelling the city Ethan finally stops to notice the screams behind him, turns his head, and sees what a real life example of a Meat Boy level looks like.

Did Ethan… got worse in a way with looking after his own life/safety after this whole mortal again experience? XD
He clearly sees something’s wrong, and is choosing to not bend to her constant demands for attention like he was before. At least it’s a start in the right direction.

I like how “would literally rather die than have this conversation” doesn’t have to be metaphorical.

They might wanna consider the not-so-secret-identity aspect of jump-respawning and/or big glowing arrows launching out of their apartment window..
Yeah, I have been waiting for this to popup for years. How in the world does he know he has unlimited lives? And if he doesn’t know for sure, why would you intentionally kill yourself? Well, it is Ethan, so we have the answer pretty much.

Everyone: “Well, at least when he gets his power back, Ethan will finally be more careful with all those comfort deaths!”
Tim: “HAHA nope”

I was just thinking, while it has been established that Ethan does not have Arrow summoning powers (otherwise he would have used it by now), it has never been proven that Lusas DOES NOT have Infinite Respawn powers…
Also, if health regens when not in combat I’ll happily take fall damage within an inch of death to save .2 seconds going down a ladder.

Did I somehow miss where they figure out that he has unlimited respawns? I’ve posted this several times. Why would you intentionally kill yourself if you’re not 100% positive that this is NOT your last life.

Feeling that their next meeting might not go over so well. She’s going to…do something drastic, he respawns and then have to deal with that.

He did start dating Nicole, so this might be an internal coping mechanism?
I guess you could say she is to die for. 🫣

Jumping might be less obvious than a big bright arrow pointing at their apartment window.
Imagine if somebody saw… They should be leaving way more discreetly.
10 deaths later, Ethan notices a counter above his head he didn’t see before.
“It’s weird. It goes down whenever I die, but it goes up whenever I find a dollar.”
Or, he knocks himself out, and “Player 2 insert coin to continue” appears above him. Cue quest for Lucas and Scott to find the coin.

“It hurts everytime” my ass.
It does feel like there’s a certain inconsistency on how Ethan is written in terms of reactions/long-term effects.
That’s why he uses no helmet.
It’s gamer brain. If it’s faster and I don’t die (or respawn at my corpse), sure, I’ll save some time jump down that cliff.
