Now all we need is for Speck to have recovered his position on his downed walker and somehow made a flying leap to land square on Grin’s back. Heck, we can have an Aliens-style chest-bursting scene!

Grin is probably too far away, so he should put his slippers on to get close first.

Tim, I’ve noticed lately that the website updates later than the upload. Is there a reason why this happens?

Tim’s taking a vacation, so it’s likely all automated and not running the same as usual.

Ah, okay. Was wondering because I was able to access the comic at 1:50 a.m. via direct link. I was checking because I remember once upon a time it was 2 a.m. Or perhaps it was Daylight Savings Time screwing with my head? ?

If Nyrah is out there, who is running the ship?

Grin is kicking ass. Honestly hope he doesn’t get killed by whatever Deus Ex Machina is going to happen next couple of pages.

Deus Ex Machina? Like Mario showing up?

Lots of luck with that, he’s firing off nearly every villain-about-to-die trope there is. The primary two are the pointless cruelness and the gloating instead of killing.

I mean it’s not really gonna be a deus ex machina since it’s been super built up that the Federation is there. Deus Ex Machina are usually out of left field.

I mean I hope he doesn’t kill him, since he’s the actually scary villain. But we’ll see!

Tim you trying to turn her into a one armed, one eyed, one legged woman?

Frank Drebin, on the case.

Long as she does not end up as just a torso.

Is it just me, or does Cort seem like the type who ‘has been with an A’askavariian’ ?

So Nyrah is going to be down both an arm and a leg?

Looks like doing whatever we did was a “bad decision” as we needed someone to get hurt to save our bacon. Or this was the “best outcome” if so, damn~

The best possibility for helping the ship start would be to drift it over Grin, before he cut Speck’s robo-legs if at all possible. But then they’d help Speck get on while Grin is getting back on his feet and probably skedaddle without killing him. If the current situation is better, it’s because Grin is about to die horribly from either the Feds shooting into the hanger or a Speck-hug.

Is there any chance you can add when there were voting choices? I know this is already said and done, but it would be cool to see when/what choices were available and how the votes turned out.

Woo I was right, bit of a bummer for Nyrah’s leg, but I called it

At this point she just needs to lose a little off the top and start eating humanoids to become a one eyed, one horned, flying, purple people eater

As I recall, in the Patreon room, a person said this to the previous page. “Hmm. That sound effect doesn’t sound like a sword cutting through an arm.” He was right.

What does it say about Disney that the StarCaster Chronicles are, in my opinion, a thousand times better than Star Wars Episodes VII-IX…? (This, mind you, from a die-hard Star Wars fan…)

Not exactly a fair comparison, but the results are quite inverse to the power-level. Much in the same way a body-builder doesn’t have much going for him if all his feats of strength are just girly slaps; while the martial arts student that represents indie artists flip-kicks him in the throat.

Nope. Not fair at all. Tim hasn’t got a billion-dollar corporation behind him, let alone hundreds of people to do the heavy lifting. 😉
