Right? Scott remotely hacked him last time, he has no reason to believe it can’t happen again if he steps out of line…. so he’ll want to wait for a chance to kill Scott if he wants too escape…

OMG…….LMAO…….”the little pee that came out was cos off ..something else”…….lol
I’m sure he’d happily put a priority on building a bomb, other weapons, or a device to get around the controls and limits placed on him, but the room looks pretty bare of the right tools and parts.
Games will do for a backup choice…for now 🙂
Five bucks says Zeke already either knows or suspects about the bomb – it IS his body, after all – and is playing it safe while also testing to see if THEY are worthy of his trust.
It goes both ways, after all.

Really hoping that Zeke is actually changing, on the other hand, not sure if Scott’s conniving should be rewarded, or he’ll start thinking he was right to be uber suspiscious…
But he IS absolutely right to be uber suspicious. Zeke has at the very least claimed blatant disregard for human life. I’m not sure if it’s ever been explicitly stated whether his creator ordered him to try to kill Lucas or if he decided to do that. And given a scenario where Zeke was released from control without restrictions we have no way of knowing if he would continue to try. I’m not saying Scott’s deception should be praised, but his suspicion at least is warranted.

I clearly noted that Ethan did not say: “I didn’t doubt at all.”
Just not a second. Sure, but you don’t need a second to pee yourself, right? :p
Also quoting a certain character from Star Trek TNG: “0.68 seconds sir. For an android, that is nearly an eternity”
That quote is really fascinating. Given that it takes much more than 0.68 seconds to tell that same sentence in real time, I wonder how would it feel for an android to speak with a human. Like very, very slowly.
I mean, considering how fast he can calculate stuff, he can probably think a *lot* of thoughts in a couple of seconds. Maybe he can choose not to, but imagine your mind being capable of wandering off to spend a subjective hour pondering on the latest book you’ve read in the time between words in a sentence.
There’s an interesting bit from a comic I saw one time where a speedster like the flash was being questioned by somebody about why he was always so curt and irritable with people, and he describes talking with normal people as being like waiting behind an indecisive person in a fast food line or something along those lines. They’re just so slow, my god I could be doing so much with my time if they would just HURRY IT UP, sort of thing lol. I found it a pretty interesting perspective.

suprised zeke hasnt tried making a deal like
what if instead of killing all you meatsacks, everytime i get frustrated i only kill ethan over and over since he will just respawn anyway? how is that for compromise?
Interesting observation- when Zeke’s body was turned off, he was thrusting a spear down and forward towards Lucas’s chest.
Accounting for the fact that his body was moved to a standing position in the meantime, if that forward-thrusting movement was still “queued” into his hardware, that might explain why his hand and head immediately fling forward upon reactivation, without it being an attempt to specifically strangle Ethan. We can’t see the rest of his body, so it’s not clear either way.

Anyone else find it interesting that Scott says “no third chances” and Zeke just understands?
I mean, *we* know there’s a bomb in zekes head. *Zeke* probably assumes they have some way to deal with him. But both parties are playing a game pretending that he’s truly free now, even though Scott is blatantly threatening him if he leaves?
now hold on, I’m gonna change my pants and then we’ll play some mario kart
Oh, great choice. One blue shell and it’s “destroy the humans” all over again.
At least it’s not Mario Party
“Chance Ti-!”
*Nuclear explosions*
Monopoly then?
Not helping
How about we settle on Mario Party.
I thought we’re trying to save the human race, though
Maybe some Mortal Kombat instead.
so Zeke can learn some new tricks?
I like where it is going 🙂
Zeke just didn’t kill him because he doesn’t trust Scott as much as Scott doesn’t trust Zeke. XD

That’s the urine of FRIENDSHIP.
Can’t spell friendship w/o P, right ?
also not without shi-
Also includes the word fiend. Just saying.
5 bucks on zeke wants to play video games with his free will.

Honestly?

Data may just find it natural to talk slower to inferior beings ?
I think he’s just referring to how long it took him to make his choice. It’s not like time passes more slowly for him

Just press on “back” and look for one of the comments with a strange yellow smiley.
Or maybe it’s like typing if you’re not that fast at it.

Maybe that was answered on each of the previous pages. Also a little bit of pee did prove the point that was made in the previous answers.
I’m liking this retconned story.
Wasn’t Scott evil/controlled by an evil Linux penguin in the original version?
Yeah, but not in this time line… as far as we currently know. 😉
Yeah, in CAD 1.0 (at least what I remember) he was being mind controlled by Ted.
One moment down, the res of Zeke’s life to go……
Text is seal-safe on this end I hope.

Scott was able to remotely hack and disable him so he could think it’s just that.
