I fondly remember the time when I watched a friend of mine playing MGS and God of War games….good times!
MGS is one of my greatest games of all time. I played that game on every difficulty level. And beat it on every one but the hardest. I couldn’t get past Raven.
In total agreement in regards to MGS being one of if not THE greatest game / franchise of all (our / my) time.
And I’m in the #WarHasChanged team, that’s for sure 😀

The volume should not be on. If you can tell me which ads played sound, we can try and find them.
Otherwise, I recommend seeing if your browser lets you mute my website. I know Chrome does it pretty well; you’ll never hear another peep from my site.
All of them. I’ve never noticed the video ads before, so if they’ve been there, they’ve been silent till today. Just saw it show up, and it surprised me. I’ve reloaded and revisited a bunch of times, to see, and I’ve gotten a handful of ads, from movies to allergy pills. All floating in the bottom right, just above the fold, and staying there as as scroll. Only reason I mentioned it, was because it seemed out of the blue.
We’ve had video ads there for about a year now. But they are supposed to play silent. Occasionally one slips through with sound, which means either a glitch or the advertiser is circumventing the rules. We try to track them down, but everyone gets different ads based on region, etc, so it can be tough.
Well, if you didn’t scream every time she rounded a corner, she might play with you.
Yeah well if they didn’t put scary stuff around those corners, maybe I wouldn’t scream!
We need to compromise: You don’t scream, and in return we take out all of the corners. Instead, all of the scary stuff is right there in front of you.

Is Winter-een-mas strictly a video game holiday, or are card, board, and PnP games also celebrated?
I sat up for a while last night thinking of all the alternate crowns you could have. The coolest one had individual board game playing pieces (like the player pieces from a Sorry! or Clue board) adorning the top ridge. The dumbest had a big flat rectangle on the front, representing a smartphone.
I’d imagine that there would also be non-electronic iterations, but either arrows, directional buttons, or WASD would be the most mainstream.
