So I’m making this newspost from my hotel room in sunny Las Vegas, where I will be for the majority of this week. I didn’t mention it previously because it’s a surprise visit, and the people we’re surprising read all of my blogs and websites.

Anyway, don’t worry. I got your weekly doses of comicness finished and uploaded before I left, as usual. I’ll be back by this weekend… take care of the east coast for me. I wouldn’t want anything to happen to her while I’m out here in the desert.

We saw Cirque du Soleil’s “O” last night, and it was incredible. I’d never seen a Cirque du Soleil (except clips on TV), and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but it blew me away. Everything about it was gorgeous. If you ever get a chance to see one, I highly recommend it.

I’ve decided that Bomberman: Act Zero is a lost cause. I really wanted to like it, and I gave it as much effort as possible. But in the end I’ve decided that just recreating the classic Bomberman play wasn’t enough. It just feels… empty. Now if they had recreated Bomberman 64, well, things might be different…

Saint’s Row has become a pretty strong seller for the 360 though, from what I hear. The first day it came out there was nobody on my friends list playing it. Now practically everyone is thugging it up on XBL. The CAD gang has nearly 50 members I think. I’m not sure if there’s a limit, but you can send me an XBL message with the title CAD Gang and I’ll send you an invite when I get back. I find it’s a good way to hook up with people who don’t feel the need to act like they’re actual thugs while playing a thug in a video game.

Anyway, I’m off to enjoy Las Vegas, and try not to gamble away my plane ticket home!
