So very, very Evil

Well, from what I hear, art is going to imitate life in a way I honestly hadn’t forseen, but I suppose I am not the least bit surprised about. Given the popularity of the game, that is.

Of course, don’t even get me started again on Blizzard’s remarkable inability to control their own servers. And I’m not talking about all of them here. I am well aware that there are certain servers out there that are up and running like Steve Prefontaine twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. I am aware that I chose poorly in selecting my new server, by no fault entirely my own. But still, you would think that with forty-some-odd servers, and some of them operating top notch, that they’d sort of have a grasp on what all the flashy lights and buttons do. I wonder which are the flukes- the servers that go down all the time, or the servers that run well…

I picked up Evil Genius a couple of days ago. I raved about this game last fall when the demo came out, and then I never got around to buying the full game. Well I finally remembered to grab it when I was out, and I’m loving every minute of it. It’s a good alternative for when I am unable to access my Undead Warrior…

Anyway, I’m sure all of you remember that horrible tsunami that struck a short while back. Well, if you happen to be interested in supporting the tsunami relief fund via UNICEF, and winning yourself a BMX bicycle in the process, I have been informed by someone at GameSpot that you are in luck.
