I’m sure most of you have heard already, but Steve Irwin was killed by a sting-ray while swimming off the Low Isles.

He was a crazy sonuvabitch, but I always enjoyed his stuff. His show was fun to watch, as was his over-the-top personality. He seemed genuinely passionate about what he did, and the animals he surrounded himself with, and I’m sad to know that he’s gone. My heart goes out to the wife and children he leaves behind.

He’ll be missed by many.
