Considering Ethan’s powers, he could also take the blow for her. Though with the tentacle’s size, I don’t think it’d matter much, if she wouldn’t be/get out of its way.

i assume a captain hammer look for captain prime but now i am thinking captain prime is a female warrior and dig that.

I was just thinking on Monday that to be a reporter (or at least photographer) in a super powered world, one would almost need to have super powers in order to do their job adequately without getting hurt or dead.
Gotta have super powers just to hold up a camera with a heavy zoom lens like that one handed and get a steady shot.
Maybe those cameras have grav and inertia dampeners to make them lighter and easier to handler, there must be more advanced tech.
Also, just gotta say, glad this puts to rest this whole idea that Lilah was Captain Prime.
