Does it display after you’ve already hit the website? Are you navigating straight to the website, or clicking here from somewhere like Facebook? You’re on Chrome on mobile… what version?
I have the same thing when I press the comment button

I enjoy reading the comic except for when I am continually redirected away from the page to a fake Amazon ad that I cannot escape. Three page reloads in a row I’ve experienced this frustration. And I haven’t clicked on anything after the page loads.
Speaking of Winter-een-mas, I’m doing a huge YouTube/Twitch special for the holiday! I took the week off of work and everything 😀 I’M SO EXCITED!

You know, there’s something really ironic on this.
I was going to ask how many were left yesterday, then decided to ask today so you’d see it XD

Hey Tim, in the sake of trying to help you out a little by watching ads, do you get paid if the ad plays completely or after X amount of time? Some ads are longer than reading the comic so as I say, in the sake of helping out a little, if I should let the whole thing play before leaving the page?
I don’t think he can answer that: publishers can’t encourage users to cause ad impressions, that could be ad spam. Advertisers intend to pay for genuine interest in the ads, and good advertising networks work hard to combat ad spam.
In essence I’d argue: if an add interests you, watch it or click it. If it doesn’t, don’t. If you want to more explicitly support Tim, send him money or buy something from the store. (I suppose via https://www.patreon.com/CtrlAltDel? I contribute $1 per month.)

Hi, long time reader 1st time poster – is she a Clark Kent?
Wow, wasn’t the end for the phones we were all expecting. But trapped on the boat is certainly worth a giggle
Well, the phones are ok, it is just the cranes and the ship that are down.
“Incompetent”
Which is exactly why he asked her out for next Thursday
Hey Tim. Any time I read CAD on my phone, I get a Chrome popup with usually, russian brides. Is that right, or should I be worried?
What, you don’t want a Russian bride?
Does it display after you’ve already hit the website? Are you navigating straight to the website, or clicking here from somewhere like Facebook? You’re on Chrome on mobile… what version?
Only if it was a true woman and not some man pretending to be one like we see in those African princess emails.
That or if the woman is not going to be a Russian spy. I don’t need the FBI and/or CIA nagging me about her.

I assume you’re on mobile then. Can you tell me about your device- which browser and version is it happening on?
I’m using the Facebook app to get here, and I see it.
Ok thank you. That helps us narrow it down.
I’m on Android, click the Facebook link, and opens in Chrome.

Cue Christopher Eccleston: “Narrows it down!”
iPhone, Safari, iOS version 11.2.2

Hi, long time reader 1st time poster – is she a Clark Kent?
is she a reporter for onion news network? 😀
That would mean, that in their reality The Onion is a serious news network. I CAN’T BELIEVE IN SUCH CRAZINESS.
