Problem is that cage was designed to hold Ethan, Not Lucas. Lucas could just use his arrows to break up that cage easily while Ethan is pretty much helpless in there without tools and such to help him (to either kill himself or break out).

I’m confused, aren’t Ackbar Sences supposed to go off after the trap has sprung?
It’s actually Lucas’ lesser-known superpower. The window he fell through earlier was on the fourth wall, and he’s sensing the comments section screaming at him.
Han didn’t realize that the Millenium Falcon was bugged and the Storm Troopers, being known for accuracy, intentionally didn’t kill them. Leia saw the trap but nobody listened.
We’ve seen him pull out up to 5 before as the max as I recall https://cad-comic.com/comic/analog-and-d-pad-02-02/ although that was a training scene
He used 4 in combat a couple times, once vs the troll and once verses that guy who had the phaseing gauntlet. either way he isnt limited to 2 although it does seem to strain him to pull out lots of them.

While waiting at the edge of my seat for the next panel in the analog and d pad adventure, I’ve been going through the archives. It’s been nice to revisit the old Ethan and Lucas story and see how far the art and story telling has come, along with the other stories. The one thing that stands out, especially now, is how different Zeke is. I miss the old Zeke who dispite saying he can’t feel, did love his human family, deeply. But I really want to see where this new story goes.

If he isn’t in the trap, then it might be better to call it the Han Solo instinct since he had a bad feeling about this. It doesn’t stop you from avoiding traps and such but it pretty much ensures you know a trap is happening.

If Lucas was smart, he would fire an arrow and decapitate Ethan from a distance.
That way, he wouldn’t even need to escape. Or at least, as far. ?
If that is Ethan – might be someone else put there as a lure, as someone already posted.

Regardless of the hostage’s identity, they might have been force-fed a bomb. Just being close enough to use an arrow might be dangerous.
Your Ackbar sense? Shouldn’t you be in the middle of the trap being sprung for that to go off?
