Common, at this point, there’s no doubt it’s him. The mask could be altered with an internal mic / external speaker. And even if not, it’s not like muffled “You” sounds like something else. It’s literally a single sound.

Could be the real Elijah, doesn’t mean his the killer though. If there were a copy cat the real Elijah wouldn’t of had anyway of knowing where the killer would strike, until now that is.

This been said, we already had a villain fans on this comics, and there is not reason for a copycat to know about Ethan, so who knows

I still don’t think it’s Elijah. Elijah was practically invisible when he ran, and his mask muffled his voice. Gotta be some sorta copycat speedster…
