We were still given a bit of an idea that Lilah 2.0 likes video games though since that’s what her section of the news is about and she has some Mario artwork in her apartment.

I like Emily. I’ve had a good feeling about her since the beginning. I have a horrible feeling she’s going to get hurt. Either by Ethan, when he discovers he prefers the excitement and adventure with new Lilah, or by archnemesis new Zeke who kills her off to score one against Ethan.
My guess is Dead Woman Walking…maybe they use Rachel as the sacrificial lamb instead because XBot 2.0 gets the wrong target and Emily, being a D.Va main, somehow beats XBot 2.0 at its own game.
No kidding. Every time I see someone, real or fictional, wear one, it makes me wish my job and hobbies didn’t make the possibility of wearing one so unlikely and impractical 😛

I don’t know whether or not this was intended, but this page seems to be an excellent Lampoon of the traditional Hollywood date mix up on Ethan’s part, while everyone else seems perfectly content having a normal organic social night out.

Emily realized that they *both* misunderstood how things were happening, and is willing to just roll with it. Everybody but Ethan is fine, but Ethan’s freaking out. I mean, it’s not like Rachel was expecting to meet the man of her dreams as a person coming along to fill up space on a double date. This is exactly the sort of panic that the double date was meant to avoid! It’s pretty great.

I don’t think Emily is going to die. Tim is well aware of the “Woman in Refrigerator” trope, and how problematic it is. My money is on a kidnapping, followed by her saving the day unexpectedly as Zeke underestimates her and she slips a copy of Big Rigs into him or something.

More I see Emily the more I like her. She is mostly unfazed by Ethan’s craziness and even finds it adorable, which isn’t something Ethan’s going to find easily. Lilah is probably still “the one” but man Emily is setting a high bar.
I’d like to applaud both Tim and the community for Wednesday’s comic’s comment section. The majority of the rage comments were actually just in a single set of comments (1 comment and all of its replies).
And most of the upset seemed to be confusion because of Lucas’s romantic scenarios in 1.0.
Congrats on being a good form XD

I did kinda have the “romantic” idea in my head of this Ethan and Lilah still being soulmates. Because if you think of it in a soulmate kinda way, it’s like… Even in this alternate universe, Ethan and Lilah still found each other and still belong together, you know? Haha. A lame thought, sure, but still lol.
I feel like Emily will be a recurring character (maybe 4th/5th party member? Assuming Zeke and/or Scott help out A&D) but not necessarily the “soulmate” for Ethan.
Same logic applies to Kate though, but 2.0 Lucas is Gay

I love how Ethan didn’t even bothered asking Lukas to be the date for Rachel, but just to swipe him another guy. XD
And I like Emily more and more, feels to me like she is a calm and collected person who loves a little craziness and randomness in her life and Ethan got lots of that on his plate. <3
