When in reality Copple’s getting the confirmation from Scott, as well as having a GPS perimeter on the room.
The only way that Copple finds out, is he tries to leave the room for a mundane reason, and Lucas has to stop them. Because Ethan doesn’t know, and Scott wouldn’t.

So, Ethan’s been treating our bot Copplebronch here like a real, living person for a while now… and here, it kind of confirms to me that Lucas is as well. Which is huge, considering that Bronchy tried to gut him on numerous occasions.
Wonder how long it’ll be until they have a confrontation with Scott, who still controls whether the robot explodes if they step foot outside the room.
Or if it just slipped his mind.

There is one more way: they try to leave the room, no one stops them, but detonation does not completely destroy the robot
