The “SKIDDDDD” combined with the fact that the dreadlocks just made me immediately think of Lucio from Overwatch makes me think it’s super speed. The Lucio resemblence probably doesn’t mean anything, though, so I could obviously be wrong.
well the painting was geting done prety fast but its possible the guy was doing his painitng in strafing runs. Zips by too fast for they eye to follow laying down a bit of paint. Zips past agian laying down more paint till tag is finished and nobody can see him. Stops cause someone messed up his tag application.
Is it superspeed like in Dragonball? Or does it take more of a running start like… a human being?
Mostly, would Lucas be able to trap him in a box of 4 arrows?
So, D-Pad has the detector ability? Huh….who knew?

FYI. Saw Venom in IMAX 2D last night after reading a few bad reviews.
Not really sure what the major complaints were about. Yes there were aspects that could have been better, but overall, I enjoyed it. And the Venom/Brock dialogue was great.

On a related note, if I could have a superpower but it had to be extremely situational… it would be punching people responsible for spam emails/scams/etc from anywhere in the world directly to their face (The important thing being *responsible for* and not just… accidentally hosting junk)

Yep, when possible we like to track them down to investigate. It’s not always malicious intent, when they autoplay sound even though they aren’t supposed to; sometimes it’s just a weird combination of code/tech that glitches out. Either way, we try to look into it.

Looks to me that Lucas placed an arrow, causing the villain to paint on the arrow, startling them into becoming visible.
What I’m not sure about is this villain’s power – is he superspeed, or invisble, or something else? Not clear.

Yeah, the skid had me thinking super speed, although that would mean the painting would get done a lot faster too.
But then you’d vaguely see a shape going at super speeds, by running and doing it bit by bit they can stay concealed.
Optionally, superspeed, but only when it comes to running.
