That “Pause” power is really good power. If he can stop bullets or falling debris as well then as long as he can touch it he would be a powerhouse. Problem is ofc being able to touch a bullet that got shot at you.^^
To be fair, he was to sassy for his own good. Kindda like Bi—, more than willing to start the fight but prone to forgetting that once Skitter actually starts fighting it’ll go to the very end.

I’m here wondering what happens if he pauses someone, then gets… I dunno, kidnapped or something.
Also hoping that power doesn’t work with Breath of the Wild rules on kinetic energy…

Several thoughts: – Really hope this kid’s powers are voluntary, rather than involuntary. That would royally suck. Not as bad as being a Rogue, but still would be a miserable life. – He says that he’s fine for now. Makes me wonder what long-term side effects there might be, and if the kid knows what they are, or just hasn’t tested it. – I’m betting that Sam is essentially bulletproof and stab/punch proof, as he talks about touching things, and his “pause” essentially cancels all kinetic energy. That, and Sam’s Momma probably wouldn’t let him out to do this if… Read more »

Maybe the green goop only works with people who have specific video-game related tendencies.
It’d be nice to see him fairly often, the E&L shtick is good as is but A&D could work with a third party member.

Ugh. Really was expecting Sam to suddenly be a villain casually using his power on another hero like that. Glad it’s all in fun but if this was one of my rpg pnp games my PCs would have turned on him on a dime. Probably just makes my players murderhobos though.

Looking at them side by side doesn’t Sam look like a younger Ethan and didn’t that cyborg villian (I can’t remember his name now) get a sample of Ethan’s DNA

What is up with the reply links not working. Its been weeks now.
Sometimes it does. It appears that if you don’t visually see the lower comment box load, you can use the reply link. But if you scroll down before comments have loaded, and you see it, sometimes it doesn’t work.
The system we use for comments is no longer being updated, so it broke when we updated another portion of the DB, and we don’t have a fix. So shortly we’ll be switching over to a new system for comments.
