Really guys, is it that big a deal that there’s an “xbox” controller on the WEMas shirt? I mean I was going to have to use some sort of controller as a base, and quite frankly, the GameCube and PS2 controllers didn’t fit the design. The Xbox controller had the best overall “generic game controller” look to it when I stylized it like above. It’s not like I plastered XBOX!!! all over the front. There are no logos of any sort.

But that only leads me into something I’ve been meaning to mention for a while…

This may come as a shock to some of you, but I own and enjoy all three major consoles, as well as computer gaming. And while I’m at it, I don’t hate Macs. Get it? I don’t use them, because I’m a gamer, but just because I have no use for them doesn’t mean I automatically think they suck. What goes on in the comic is humor, because as you may have picked up on, I make jokes for a living here. I make fun of things that I love just as much as I make fun of things that I don’t. If you can’t laugh at yourself, you’re in for a lifetime of hurt.

Some of you fanboys seriously need to learn to check your video game prejudice. It’s fine to like one system more than the other, but to automatically disqualify every other system in existence just because you’re too busy sucking the cock of your choice gaming company is naive. As far as I’m concerned, you’re not a true gamer if you don’t open yourself up to enjoy gaming no matter what console it arrives on. A good game is a good game. End of story.
