I’d love to gauge your opinion on the way I release The Starcaster Chronicles. This poll is not necessarily indicative of an incoming change, but I’d love to see if there’s a strong consensus one way or another.
With Analog and D-Pad, I’m able to complete an entire issue before it’s released. This allows me to not only offer the whole issue for sale at once, but I can update with a new page every day.
With The Starcaster Chronicles, because readers vote on choices, I can’t draw ahead. I have to wait and see what direction the story will take. Because I then need time to draw the pages, I can only update a few pages a week. It takes longer to get through the issue.
Do you guys like it the way it is, or would you like to see it handled the way Analog and D-Pad is handled?
Update: Ok, everyone, thank you for the responses. In a 75% to 25% split, most of you would prefer to vote on the choices, even if it means pages come a little slower. That’s completely fine with me, I love that aspect of The Starcaster Chronicles, I just wanted to make sure it was what the audience wanted as well.
