The starting gun

As many of you are aware, registration has opened for the Ctrl+Alt+Del LAN party, Digital Overload.
Tickets are going quickly, and attendance is limited, so I would
suggest registering soon if you want to attend. We held a batch of
tickets to be released at 6pm EST today, just in case, for those of you
that didn’t want to stay up until midnight for the opening of
registration.

Only four more days until the big announcement. December 1st is right around the corner. Can you feel the anticipation? It’s thick.
You could cut it with a knife. It’s all I can do to keep myself from
just blurting it out. It’s safe to say I’m pretty excited about it.

Also, for the entire month of December, I will be donating all of my profits from any CAD merchandise to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
St. Jude’s enormous operating costs are covered in large part by
donations from people like you and I. Not only do they treat and care
for children with cancer and serious illness, but they are on the
cutting edge of medical research to try and cure and prevent
these horrible diseases.

Going above and beyond standard hospital practice, St. Judes will never
turn away a family that is unable to pay for the medical care their
child needs. In fact, quite the opposite. St. Jude’s is the only
pediatric center that will pay for food, travel and hotel for the
patients and
their families.

So if you’ve been planning to grab a t-shirt or a poster from the
store, December would be a good time to do so. You can also donate
directly to St. Jude’s at their website.

I’ll try and hit up Xbox Live this week for those of you that haven’t played a few rounds of something with me yet.
