CAD Radio

April 12, 2004 by Tim

As proof that the CAD community is ever-growing, and ever a cool place to be a part of, there is now an Official CAD Radio station. Run by CAD fans, for CAD fans. They play mostly different types of rock, and there are some great DJ’s to entertain you as well. It’s some fun stuff, so I suggest checking it out if you find yourself itching for some music.

So how do you connect? I’m glad you asked. The easiest way to connect at the moment is via Winamp. You should also grab this plugin, as it will greatly improve the digital quality of the broadcast. Once all that is set up, just click on the link below:

Click here to play CAD Radio!

Now, currently they are running on limited server capacity, meaning only a certain number of people can connect at a time. So you may not be able to connect if the server is full, but keep trying.

If you are interested in helping out with CAD Radio, or just hanging out in the IRC channel during broadcast and making requests or talking with other fans, connect to a random XNet server on IRC and /join #cadradio.

Or if you have mIRC, click here!

And don’t forget to check by the normal CAD IRC Chat, #ctrlaltdel or here!
