Just got this from the store, regarding some of the Winter-een-mas shirts:

It has been brough to our attention that some people who ordered Winter-een-mas t-shirts and used the “Expedited US Parcel” shipping method have not received their t-shirt yet. The current delay is much longer than it should be and unfortunatly, it’s also something we at ZeStuff have no control on.

Customers who have not received their order yet are asked to call Canada Post at 416-979-8822 between 8 am and 6 pm EST. Make sure you get your order’s tracking number off our “Your Account” section prior to calling them. We hope that having many people calling them will force them to figure out what’s wrong with their service and ensure the fastest delivery possible of your Winter-een-mas items.

ZeStuff has been listening to your suggestions and complaints and we are currently working with another company that will soon take over our express shipping. We apologize for the problem some of you are having with Canadapost services and rest assured that we are doing all we can to find alternatives to their service as fast as possible.

I would like to stress that I do not do any shipping, so PLEASE stop emailing me if you haven’t received your shirts. I’m very sorry to hear that you haven’t received them, but there is NOTHING I can do about it.
